This Privacy Policy explains what data Kcalibra ("we", "our") collects when you use kcalibra.com and our Telegram bot (@KcalibraBot), how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using our services you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Telegram data: when you use the bot we access your Telegram user ID, username (if you provide it), your chat input, and any photos you send for food recognition — only as needed to deliver the service.
• Nutrition and health data: the details you choose to log — meals, calories, macros, weight, water, sleep and activity — are stored to power your personal tracking and reports.
• Payment data: when you purchase a subscription we may receive a confirmation and an order identifier from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: limited logs and standard web analytics help us keep the service secure and improve performance.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the bot and website, including AI food recognition and personalized recommendations.
• To generate your nutrition statistics, streaks and reports.
• To process subscriptions and provide support.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

3. AI processing

Food photos and text you send may be processed by our AI providers to identify foods and estimate nutrition. We limit processing to what is necessary to generate your estimate. Our AI should not be treated as medical diagnosis; it provides general nutrition estimates only.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Crypto Bot and others). We never receive or store your card or banking details. When a payment succeeds, we receive a confirmation to activate your subscription.

5. Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party providers for AI processing, hosting, analytics and payments. We require them to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

• Access and correction: you can view and update the data you entered at any time.
• Deletion: contact us and we will delete your personal data from our systems.
• Withdrawal of consent: you can stop using the service at any time by closing your Telegram chat with the bot.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
