These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kcalibra website (kcalibra.com) and Telegram bot (@KcalibraBot). By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

Kcalibra is an AI-powered nutrition tracker that helps you log food, count calories and macros, and review your daily and weekly habits. The service is provided "as is" for general educational and personal use.

2. Not medical advice

Kcalibra and its content are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition recommendations are general guidelines and individual needs vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or for any health condition.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• You are responsible for the information you provide. Do not send illegal or harmful content.
• We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscription terms, pricing and available payment methods are shown at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the chosen plan.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue prevented you from using the service, contact our support directly in the Telegram bot or the mini app (Profile → Support) and we will do our best to help.

5. Promotional codes

Promo codes provide discounts as indicated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

6. Intellectual property

Kcalibra, its logo, code, website design and original content are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without permission. This blog and tool content is provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kcalibra and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its content, including any nutritional or health decisions you make.

8. Changes to the service and Terms

We may update or discontinue features and revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
